These terms apply when you use the KeepReap web app, Chrome extension, Mac app or website widget. By creating an account or using KeepReap you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
KeepReap helps you translate, improve, save and review the English you read and write. The service is in Early Access, so features may change as we learn what works.
Your account
You need an account for most features. Keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account. You must be old enough to accept these terms where you live; if you are not, a parent or guardian must accept them for you.
Plans, credits and payments
AI features use credits. Every account gets a free monthly allowance; paid plans add more credits and renew each month or year until you cancel in Settings → Billing. Top-up credits never expire. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow the consumer law that applies to you — contact us if something went wrong with a charge.
Acceptable use
Do not use KeepReap to break the law, infringe other people's rights, overload or probe our systems, resell access, or create content that harasses or harms others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
What you save, write or upload stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you — for example, sending text to our AI providers when you ask for a translation. Only upload books and documents you have the right to use.
AI-generated output
Translations, rewrites, explanations and marks are produced by AI and can be wrong. Check anything important before relying on it, and do not use KeepReap as the only basis for legal, medical, financial or exam-critical decisions.
Changes
We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. When a change matters we update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use KeepReap after a change means you accept it.
Closing your account
You can stop using KeepReap and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
KeepReap is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
